We are looking to recruit x2 dynamic and driven IT Graduates to work within our UPD IT department. This is an entry-level opportunity. Our graduate program is designed for recent Graduates looking to apply their technical skills, whilst also gaining practical experience that will set them up for a rewarding career in the IT industry. Our ideal candidates are graduates who eager to learn, highly conscientious, solutions oriented collaborators who are eager to think outside the box and tackle complex challenges with creativity and innovation.

Job description

While in the program, participants will:

• While in the program, participants will:
• Develop an understanding of the services UPD offers to its customers
• Receive on-going training and development through mentorships, job shadowing and on-the-job experience
• Provide general application support and maintenance as and when required
• Collaborate with experienced developers and technical teams on exciting projects
• Collaborate with business to clarify business requirements to correct errors, improve performance or create and test new functionality
• Accurately document business and technical specifications in line with IT guidelines
• Be exposed to different areas of the business to broaden technical knowledge
• Build relationships through networking

Gain exposure to the following areas, but not limited to:

• Wholesale and Distribution Industry
• Project implementation exposure
• SAP BI Applications
• Business Requirements gathering

• Rotations are based on business needs
• If selected, participants should be willing to travel to next rotation with little notice and are  responsible for their own living arrangements
