Position Overview	The purpose of the position is to assist the Branch Manager with employee and operation administration and assist with operating costs to ensure the maximization of company profit.
Specific Role Responsibilities	Job conversions Maintaining the training file and capturing of training that takes place in the ranch Maintaining the leave files and assisting staff with leave queries Ordering and the issuing of stationery Ordering and issuing of workshop uniforms Maintaining the OSHACT file Scanning of all job files Ordering of refrechments Management of the equipment files Logging calls with repairs to office and workshop equipment Maintenance e of the manufacturer approval files Management and responsibility of the petty cahs Assisting HR with HR-related queries in the branch Ad hoc duties within the branch
Qualifications and Experience	Minimum Requirements • 2 years’ and more of relevant experience • Grade 12 Minimum Requirement • Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (at least 2 years old) • Computer literate (basic – intermediate) • An excellent command of the English language is essential, both verbal and written
