| Qualifications | B.Sc. Honours and/ or MSc in Palaeontology |
| Experience | None |
| Key Activities | Have sound knowledge of South African palaeontology.Have experience in fossil curation and collections management.Have experience in data management.Must be willing to assist in the removal, repackaging and labeling of fossils.Must be ready to assist in fieldwork and field mapping exercises.Must assist paleontological collections in Bellville and Silverton when needed. |
| Generic Attributes | Must be computer literate and have experience in using MS Office and Access.Impeccable professional conduct.The ability to work towards deadlines.Good communication skills, both towards colleagues and clients.Good report writing skills, both scientific and administrative.Able to operate independently, when required.Be a good team player and to share experience, knowledge and work load. |
